Martin is a good guy, but has no idea how to handle customer service. I used him once before to paint a motorcycle tank, and he promised it would be done...over and over again. It took 3 weeks for something that he promised in 1 week...with no communication. Fast forward to a month ago. I droped off 4 small plastic fairings for him to paint...I even brought the paint. He told me it would take 10 days. 3 weeks pass and I don't hear anything from him. I call him and tell him I need the parts back because I'm on a strict timeline (which I told him before). Plus, he wanted existing parts off my bike to match the paint. Fine. How long will this take? "Sometime next week". Ok, fine. The end of the week comes (today) and I haven't heard a word. I showed up today and he was like "Sorry". At least he apologized, but now I'm screwed because I have a trip planned out of state and I don't have time to get have someone else to do the work. Nice guy...but I'll never spend another dime with him.
