I used this dental shop for over a year. There is something wrong going on here. While the dentist seemed capable, every time I went in for a cleaning, they would try to upsell me with flouride treatments or "special" gum cleaning. When you need a crown or any work, they walk you into an office and explain the health insurance coverage, which seems great except they are always wrong, resulting in a "denial of coverage" and an addition bill directly to you. Final straw was during a routine cleaning, I was told my gaps were really bad and I needed "special treatment". My previous dentist of 20+ years offered to fly me back to my old hometown at his expense, saying these guys are crazy. I went to a different dentist who told me everything was perfect and they were scamming me. They tell you a cost of service, then make mistakes and bill you directly, and then keep hounding you for extra payment. This is a rental dental shop with rotating staff on commission owned by a group in Florida with questionable charging practices
