My mistake. I went in on a Saturday afternoon in the month of December. The store is full of teenagers trying all the products. I give the staff credit they did ask if I needed any help but when I asked where something was instead of walking me to the product the salesperson pointed and said it's over there where the customer with the Victoria's Secret bag is standing. Was another three foot walk going to kill her? So I selected my product and went to pay. Now the line is 15 people deep and there were 4 clerks but with all the idle chit chat at the register and all the upselling going on it just took awhile to check out. I won't do that again! Next time I will order on line!
