They seem to get a bit overwhelmed during "rush hour." We walked into the store and there was a line of about 3-4 orders ahead of us, so I ordered pickup from the Yelp app and sat down. 15 minutes later, after checking on the order, they hadn't even confirmed it. After being here for 20 minutes, a girl from the back called out with an attitude, "is Marcus even here?" (Yea, been here for 20 minutes now smh). The food is good, though.
