I used to love it here. Occasionally I would find that it would be a little bit messy or find a rude employee but it was all great.
This last time though, omg it was horrible! I went here to buy a few items for dinner. I got ground meat and cheese. When I got home, finished cooking and was about to serve dinner to my 2 year old, I noticed something pointy and tan sticking out of the meat. It turned out to be this thin 1 inch long piece of wood. (That would have injured her if she swallowed it!)
I call the Walmart that I got it at and, after trying to get ahold of the manager 3 times, managed to reach them and tried to tell them what happened. The manager said "oops that is unfortunate. Just throw it out and come back to get another one."
He didn't say any apology or even ask for any information on the meat. He didn't sound like he cared at all!
Trying to lodge a complaint at corporate is a hassle. They didn't reply or get back in any way. They only responded when I blasted them on a social networking site!!!
Be careful if you shop here! Check your food!!!
