Happiness - 4/5 Every winter I grow facial hair and let my hair grow out. And then, once the warm weather rolls in, I always come to groom room to get pampered. The haircuts are fine, but I honestly feel like everyone walks out getting the same "classic" cut look (i.e., short on the side with a bit on top to be combed sideways). But the shaves are out of this world. Straight razor! Warm shaving cream (I tried to warm my own shaving cream at home - not worth it. Better to pay)! Hot and cold towels! They go through and scrape off any offending stray hairs! Pre and post shave oils! You come out looking clean and feeling fresh every time. Block off about 30 minutes for a cut and shave. All the barbers have struck the right balance of pleasant to talk to, but not speaking throughout the entire cut and shave. I also recommend making a reservation ahead of time, as they typically have a wait.
