Meh. My experiences here are kind of divided. It's a bit of a weird layout, which is fine but makes things a touch crowded and difficult to navigate. The sections I like to shop in were poorly stocked and messy. I was looking for three different books and none were here (I was able to find them at another Indigo, so I'm not talking really obscure titles or anything).
Two of the three employees I encountered were so, so nice, which isn't exactly par for the course in Toronto. That made me really happy.
Maybe it was just an off day or the stock wasn't as full as usual. I'd definitely be willing to come back, but I'd choose other stores over this one.
