Came back to this location today and again received the same attitude I received last except the so called barista was Alex this time. I ordered a chai tea latte and asked for soy milk with it. Alex informed me the latte's don't come with milk.....I ignored this remark and said ok may I just add the soy milk thinking in my head a latte is an espresso with steam milk....she stated that she could but that there would be less caffeine and went on to say they're not Starbucks where they add milk to their latte's and people get disappointed when it changes the flavor of the coffee...and stated once again they are not Starbucks. I turned to my sister who witnessed this all and said "we should go to Starbucks" I then told the employee that this is the second time I've received this kind of attitude from this location. She apologized and explained that the music was loud (there was a Barbie concert going on) so it may have come off as yelling. The problem wasn't your yelling. The problem is your lack of knowledge of what a latte is. "A latte (/lte/ or /læte/)[1][2] is a coffee drink made with espresso and steamed milk"
