One of those businesses you never really want to deal with, after all it means you have been in an accident and/or have damage to your ride. Unfortunately, I have had occasion to need body repairs (to my vehicles) twice this year (one work, one personal) and went to Lou's both times.
Cars were fixed professionally, on time and with zero hassle. They have a huge fleet of free loaners (make sure your insurer will cover the insurance while using loaner) that are available if you book with your appointment and they are in Inglewood so close for drop off/pick up if you work in the Core.
