Staff here was very friendly and accommodating for getting my Grandma with Dementia/Alzheimer's needs met. I moved my grandma from CA to NV. It took some time to get her into see a primary care physician in her new health care system and they helped me bridge the gap I desperately needed for her interim care. 1.Front desk staff very helpful 2.Left convenient care with prescriptions grandma needed filled until she can see her new PCP 3. Wrote order for her cellulitis/wound care for nevada desert home health to continue treatment at her memory care facility. 4. Helped get me in touch with the Coumadin clinic. Thank you for all of your help as I am navigating transitioning grandma to a different state and health insurance plan.
