People are friendly yet rushed. They are always over booked so you will wait around 30-60 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. A real hassle if you have to get to work. That's why you make the first appointment of the day. Also don't expect a call back. Pretty horrible with customer service that way. They just want your money. Also don't give them your health insurance info you're paying out of pocket for everything anyway.
