Mixed with black, white, and native.. So my hair isn't the easiest to work with. I have a lot of hair but the strands are very fine. Crystal was very careful not to over process my hair. I think she did a great job finding the right balance for my hair. Ultimately the thermal straitening damaged my hair in the long run which she warned me could happen. I gave a five star rating because Crystal did a very good job educating about the risk of thermal straightening. She didn't just jump into it.. She cared about my hair and took good care of it!
