Ok- yes this is my first Yelp review, and yes I feel the same about people with 1 and their first review....cant be trusted right......ok take this review for what its worth, but look at the other 40..they're all great too.
Anyway, today Bill came out and did a stellar job cleaning my 14 yr old carpets. They had the standard wear and tear but were in need of some cleaning esp in high traffic areas. When I called to make the appt I was given a price based on my approx square footage and amount of rooms. Bill shows up and there was no upsell or change in pricing structure.
Bill went to work and took his time. He put up corner protectors to safeguard the walls and was finished in a respectable amount of time. Carpets look great and Bill was professional and personable.
If you want a local company with nice people- Use Turbo Clean....If you want a national company like Stanley etc. who just work volume and dont care about repeat business then you get what get.
