I can only speak from a perspective of adopting exotics from here, and not dogs or cats. All of the employees there were wonderful, helpful, nice, and patient with my husband and I as we came back on two occasions to meet with multiple rabbits. I didn't feel rushed and we were given all the time we needed to make a choice (we ended up getting 3 new friends). The adoption process was perfectly reasonable and straightforward and involved them contacting our landlord and us filling out brief paperwork. We will absolutely go to them for any future adoptions!
