I had a very pleasant experience with Crystal. Her suite shop is located on ground floor at a very nice condo complex. The ambiance of the place, her shop, and restroom gave off a spa like feel. Even other businesses and clients were very welcoming when I walked down the hall. I was in town visiting a friend and soon as I walked into Crystal's shop I was greeted with open arms like I've been a long time client. Crystal was very patient and helpful.
I was there for 2 hrs, which included wash, conditioning, blow drying, trim, and flat ironing. The time also included a break for me to eat, restroom break, and Crystal taking pics of my hair length by my request. I have natural thick kinky hair...and Crystal knocked that out in no time and my hair never been this smooth. I was VERY impressed. At a point I forgot she was doing my hair because she was so gentle. Gentle is key with natural hair because people rush and damage and can damage my strands. Crystal treated my mane with love and patience.
I'm definitely coming back whenever I'm in the Phoenix area!
