Embassy suites...Your Front entry is the worst in the country. NASTY, NASTY, GROTESQUE VILE SMOKING IN THE FRONT OF YOUR BUILDING! I am allergic to smoke! The smoke from the outside permeates your lobby like a second class ghetto red neck trailer park......Nothing but low class!
Your SMOKING AREA NEEDS TO BE RELOCATED ASAP. I WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS NASTY SMOKE FILLED HOTEL EVER AGAIN!
I take a fresh shower in the morning, but as soon as I walk through the lobby, my clothes and hair reeks with this Poision VILE fumes that is dangerous my health. Your location of your smoking zones says that you do not give a dam about your customer's first impression, health nor comfort. What a pity...Shame on you!!!
Noise, though annoying and disruptive, is not demonstrably deadly. Second-hand smoke, on the other hand, is a serious health threat, both in the short-term and long-term. And it smells vile.
Move the location to the side of the building ASAP!
