After 6 years with Dish, I terminated because interface "improvements" made use more cumbersome AND I got tired of watching recorded shows with missing video and audio (a problem I repeatedly reported but Hopper exchanges never resolved). In addition, The Joey 2.0 would lose signal at random which sometimes required multiple reboots of the Joey AND the Hopper. Bottom Line: Services got worse and Dish kept raising my monthly cost. Final insult was the letter I received 3/22/2018 offering $20 a month monthly deduction for coming back. When I phoned about it, I was only offered a $13 deduction. I am now watching NBC & FOX in 1080p with $3 OTA antennas, CBS with $5.99/month All Access streaming and ALL other shows without ANY video/audio loss via Android TV boxes.
