Worst Haircut EVER! I have been to this Supercuts location several times and the manager normally cut my hair and I never had a problem. I walked in to get a haircut earlier this afternoon and people were upset for the long wait and we're complaining so I decided to come back. I came back at 7 p.m. in the evening and they only had one client who they were finishing uo with. I had already been waiting 15 minutes and then it took the hair stylist another 10 minutes to have the customer pay. I felt bad for the hair cutter because I assumed she was working alone and she took another 10 minutes to clean her workstation while I continued to wait. Then at the last minute another girl comes out from the back and tells me she was ready for me! That was horrible customer service. Then when the black girl started cutting my hair she told me they were so busy that customers were actually walking out earlier and she laughed. I should have got out of my seat at that time but i Iet cut my hair. When she was done cutting my hair I had blotches of hair missing throughout my head and I honestly look like a Chemo Patient! The other girl came to help her to try to fix my haircut. The only good thing from this experience was they did not charge me for my haircut. The black hair stylist should be fired and management should do something about scheduling help so this experience does not happen again. Why the other hairstylist was hiding in the back and making me wait for 20 minutes is beyond me. Supercuts just lost a loyal customer and I will never go back there again.
