Don't walk, RUN from these apartments. Their cleaning consists of painting the walls. Your neighbors all chain smoke and it will seep into your apartment. My apartment was dirty upon move in, there was an active leak above my shower from the upstairs neighbors shower - COMPLETELY UNSANITARY! It took multiple requests to the office to have the leak repaired, but no one ever reviewed my move in sheet for anything else I noted. I lived there for one month and hardly made a mark in the place. I was charged over $300 for cleaning and painting. My apartment was not clean when I moved in! I did have a pet, which a pet deposit was paid for and understand charges associated with removing pet smells and one pet stain, but $300 is ridiculous. I am not sure where all these good reviews come from, but go spend a little extra at a nicer complex and save yourself from being ripped off.
