Brought in a silk shirt that I had dry cleaned only once before at another cleaner that is family owned. Klinke is expensive for crappy work. When I picked up my shirt (black) it was covered in white flecks. I needed it immediately but they said it would have to be "re cleaned". How they ever thought it was clean to begin with is beyond me. So I wore a wrinkled and dirty shirt to work. Went back and they did successfully remove all the flecks, however upon wearing it again, I noticed that both my buttons on my sleeve were broken off. They obviously mishandle clothes and don't treat expensive items with care. I will never use them again and go back to my other cleaner who is just a little further away.
