I agree with other Yelpers it is hard to find good fish houses in the desert. Thankfully this place does exist since whenever my mom visits she loves to go here. It is a pleasant spot.
The service is always very good. Only one time did we have an issue where our server was fired mid-service. That was kind of crazy but I think a one-off. The manager immediately came and started serving us with no stop in service. It was very strange because it was just me and my mom and my baby and one other couple in the restaurant. So not sure what the circumstances were. Nevertheless, no issues for us.
We have had pleasant servers who have gone out of their way each time to make sure baby was happy. Smaller side plates, food come out first for baby, the works. I really appreciate this.
I am boring and get the same thing every time. Some kind of clam or seafood mix linguini. Pinot Grigio is always super cold and very good. My mom usually gets something different every time and every time it is good.
I enjoy that they have a nice outdoor seating area with misters in the summer time heat. It is in a great location right there at the District. You can combine shopping and dining.
Overall always great.
