We checked in at 9:00pm, they gave us room 201, we go up, and there's debris all over the floor, the room looked trashed, like someone had a party in there. We went directly back down, she we up and looked, apologized and gave us room 225 down the other end of the hall. We are getting ready for bed, I pull the covers back and ants are walking all over the sheets. Upon closer look, they were all over the wall and behind the headboard. My husband went back down to the desk, they gave us room 520,our 3rd room within less than an hour after a 11 hour travel to get here. The fan on the old air conditioner was ridiculously noisy all night long, then just stops working. Now we have a maintenance man in our room changing out a fan! I definitely would not recommend this place, no way no how. They don't properly clean their rooms, hair behind the bathroom door that has been accumulated over time with dust mixed with it.
The elevator made horrible noises as it makes it's way down to you, I was afraid to get in it, something is definitely wrong with it as well.
I definitely won't be back to this comfort inn, hopefully comfort inn will see this, as all the comfort inns I've been at, it's always been clean. Very disappointing
