1:30pm December 3rd. We go to Starbucks all the time, so we decided to stop at this one. We ordered a Venti drink and asked for it.to be split into 2 tall cups, the lady told us they werent allowed to do that and that they could give us 2 tall cups but we had to do it ourselves. We got to the window asked if we needed 2 tall cups, we said yes but how were we supposed to split the drink in our car with whipped cream on top? The nice guy said that he understood and that he would split it for us, then through the window we hear the same woman (on a power trip) tell the guy that he was not allowed to do it for us, but to go ahead because he already told us he would... needless to say we will not be coming back to this starbucks. 2 stars only for the gentleman who helped us.
