If I could give them a lower then a 1 then I would. I came to this dealership first in hopes of getting 2 new cars! I explained to the agent what I needed and that I wanted to traded in my old car. He bluntly said I can't help you! So then my husband is like what color does the CHR come in he said it comes in whatever color you want what a jerk! So we left the dealership and on the drive home we figure why not go to Findlay Toyota so went. Upon arrival we were greeted very friendly by the Sales Agent. I explained what happen and he said I can you! So we left with 2 new cars! If that agent at AutoNation was willing to listen he could of had 2 sales but he didn't. Glad we didn't go thru them! Very rude and disgusting people at this location!
