I'm reviewing the trail rather than the Council itself. But the Council must be strong because this is the best regional asset of the County. I usually park on Montour Run Road (exit after Robinson) and work my way up. Along with nice greenery, the trail has nice waterfalls, side trails, an old rail road tunnel (go in there on a hot day and your body temperature will drop!). There are plenty of port-a-johns on the trail along with mile markers, and even a pop machine. Pretty quiet. Nice
