My initial experience with Grimaldi's in Brooklyn was better but that was due to what I ordered not and not anything I can hold Grimaldi's accountable for. I tried the Brooklyn Bridge pizza but was not a fan of the ricotta cheese. Definitely is an acquired taste and will not order again. I love the texture and crust of the pizza but the tartness of the ricotta cheese dulled the flavor of the italian sausage. That being said the salad was loaded with delicious veggies and the dressing was light and flavorful. The staff and servers were very accommodating and polite.
