I went in for a manicure. They took me in pretty quickly. I've been here before, I used to go in for a pedi or an occasional fill over a year ago. He kept trying to upsell me to a gel manicure. I told him (I think Vin was his name) that I was going out for my bday & don't usually have my nails done so I just wanted something for the night. He soaked my hands for less than 5 minutes & immediately started clipping away. He actually cut my skin in two spots & it hurts. It was quick & def nothing special. His hand massage was just as uneventful and the lotion they use seems cheap & smells bad. They switched me over to someone else (I think she's the owner) for the painting. I told her I wanted something special & sparkly on one of my fingers because I was going out. She put glitter nail polish. I was actually looking for rhinestones or a design and would have paid for it but apparently they only care about upselling to gel & not something you are asking them for. I guess you get what you pay for.
