Joe Fazio was recommended by a real estate agent. I Was already pre approved by major banking firm, and resisted going with alpine mortgage planner. After constant pressure of how smooth this transaction was going to be, went with Alpine mortgage. Far from the truth. After 4 times in 2 weeks of requesting the same bank account information, finally made a request to meet in the office to gather all information required. No such luck. Still constantly requesting same information. Loan was not closed within 30 days required on the buyers agreement and had to request extension to close. Went to exactly the last day and still nervous closing would not take place. Not a high risk by no means. Had a relocation package that was discussed from the very first conversation with Joe Fazio. Was agreed he would help fill out paperwork for that process. But after being unavailable for at least 30 days he told me the time had expired and it was too late. Then I was left to finish this process on my own. In the end, it was not a good experience.
