What kind of management scolds their staff in front of customers? I paid for dog training and have to listen to some grouchy middle aged woman yell at staff before classes began. Maybe if you stopped hiring 18 year olds and didn't pay minimum wage you would have better employees. Very unprofessional. Also heard staff gossiping about each other. Shouldn't people who work at an animal rescue centre be nice? The training didn't teach my dog anything and they just try to sell you stuff in their overpriced shop. Would recommend private training that isn't ran by know it alls.
