I came across Cloud Carpet accidentally while looking for another tile company. I was in the process of remodeling my home, and I needed porcelain wood-look tile, carpet and outdoor carpet. Penny was the lady that helped me out that day, and I went home with a few samples and prices. She was extremely professional, and I was given the best prices for a rectified piece of porcelain so that I could go with the smallest grout line possible. I chose my tile and picked out both my indoor and outdoor carpet as well.
The carpet installers were very professional and did a great job. George had Rusty come out on another day and install the closet doors and bring additional wood. When it was being demo'd, the required pieces had been thrown out which wasn't Cloud's problem but mine. George made sure to schedule the installation right away at no charge and Rusty did a fabulous job. Wow was I impressed.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has flooring needs of any kind. They give you the best prices out there, and their staff is competent and such a pleasure to deal with. Hard to find these days.
