Soooo gross. I ordered delivery of a cheese and spinach pizza, and pulled a long hair out of my mouth. Not only that, I called the restaurant, and they demanded I return the pizza to them with the proof, like I was the one with the problem. Oh, I have the hair and the pizza, but what is ridiculous is that after having it delivered, I have to drive THERE to prove I found that disgusting hair in my food. I didn't want a new pizza nor do I even want a refund; I wanted them to tell me what they were going to do to make sure this never happened again. Basically, the answer was NOTHING. I can understand the occasional undercooked burger, but the manager at the Craig facility clearly doesn't value customers. I spent over $100 in delivery this weekend alone. Unforgivable. Please note that this was for the Craig location. I suggest you send your order to the Sky Pointe location if you live on the NorthWest.
