Went to this gym using a groupon for the first time yesterday. Did a beginner boxing course. A lot tougher than I imagined it to be, but it was one of the greatest workout I've ever done! Very sore today, but it was worth it. The place is really nice and has everything you'd need to learn boxing. They also have other classes like skipping and Girls Just Wanna Box. The staff are all really friendly, and one of the trainers Rico is really good at helping you learn the basics and is also really friendly. Great workout place. Highly recommend it for those who want to try boxing! You're in for a surprise and one hell of a workout.
