Worst apartments I've ever lived in. Not only were there maintenance issues the staff to put it simply sucked. The problems started small with scorpions, and termites. But even those were not dealt with with the upmost urgency. Not to mention the leak in the bathroom, that was there before we even moved in and only got worse. And in this matter they simply refused to fix it. It got so bad that the floor boards in my closet browned. The most horrifying matter this presents is that they not only ignored it, they were somehow under the illusion they fixed it. Finally some structural damage happened to my wall and was left to live in that same apt. with only ply boards as a wall for over a month. The staff either just hated us or doesn't give a damn about it's residents enough to take care of not only them but their apt. as well.
