I had a HORRIBLE experience and want to speak to the supervisor as soon as possible. The manager was very very rude to me and my friend. I had a question, and she told me she was off. I said, so you won't speak with me. She said no, and so aSked her name, she refused to tell me her name, and had zero customer service care. I work in the service industry myself and tonight I was shocked with her blatant rudeness and disrespect. I was really excited to have my first experience at the supposedly luxurious theatre with my best friend on her birthday, and after spending over $65 total on tickets and snacks to be treated like that was very disappointing. Someone needs to handle her behavior, because she obviously doesn't like people, or her job possibly. Ive never experienced anything like that before. Sincerely upset customer.
