Im going to be diplomatic and fair here. I ve had good and bad experiences with this cleaner. Yes the place does seem disorganized and I will tell you about my experience with the dog in a bit.
The prices are high but I believe it is because the rents in Coventry are high. They do a pretty good job tailoring. I've never had a sweater shrunk here, they have never lost anything of, the old man is crabby but at the end of the day the quality is ok and fairly consistent.
it is conveniently located and close to everything. You have to use municipal parking or park on the street. They can repair or reline just about anything so that is huge plus. A suit runs about 7.50, slacks or blouse 3.75 or so.
As for the dog, I once went in to the shop and the dog was wandering about behind the counter. A woman came out from behind the back to talk to the owner when the dog started to sniff her crotch. With the dog's nose plastered into the woman's pants, she then started to do a dance side to side with the dogs nose planted firmly into her crotch, so that was a little weird.
