When I saw my lashes in the mirror after getting them done, I was shocked by how bad they turned out. I chose the Gorgeous with long length and my friend did the Sexy with long length, our extensions not only looked the same, they were very thin, short, and messy, crisscrossing one another. Not only that, the process took two hours, I think she accidentally pulled on my lashes multiple times during and at the end, which was pretty painful, I'm sure a few of my own lashes were pulled off, and there were several loose lashes under my eyes afterwards, I guess they don't brush them off? I'm by no means a difficult customer, my friend and I were truly disappointed by the results. I have been all over for lash extensions for the past 4 years, have to say this is by far the worst I've gotten.
