I called them on a reference from a very reliable friend. They came out and measured for the screens and security door. Was told the screens would take 7 to 10 days and the security door 7 weeks. Never heard back from them so after several weeks I called back and after going thru several people was told he would be out this afternoon to get final measurements. An hour later 2 of them showed up and took the measurements which had already been done once. 2 more weeks went by and no word so I called again and asked if the screens were done. Low and behold they were and scheduled an install time. Needless to say after almost 3 months all was done. Had them measure for one more screen and now going on 3 weeks and again haven't heard a word. They offer a referral incentive of which that has never been sent, also supposed to get an energy saving refund from SRP of which I also haven't seen. Haf a couple of other people I was going to refer to them but absolutely no chance that will happen.
