Really appreciate that there's online booking and communication with Fernando was instant without delay when I needed to make a change. The salon suite was intimate without feeling cramped and the entire haircut/root touch-up experience was top notch. Fernando is a gem: listens to your concerns, makes the expert recommendations, and explains everything he does; not the mention he is most personable and really tries to learn about his clients. Really appreciate his expertise and walked out the salon looking fabulous.
