This shop earned every one of these stars. I brought my BMW 325CI in for an oil change and to look at an oil leak I was experiencing. I had to take my car into the dealership that same week for a recall item. The dealership conducted a 50 point inspection and found the same problems that Euro Tek had already fixed. The dealership claimed Euro Tek and only cleaned the gasket area well and did not replace any parts. I called and spoke to Leo who had me bring my BMW over so he could go over every item the dealership was claiming did not get fixed. Leo showed me every part and also went over the other items the dealership claimed needed fixing. I cannot express how grateful I was for the courtesy Leo and his staff gave me. I will be a loyal customer from here on out to Euro Tek never the dealership.
