I am very unhappy with my experience at the Avon Starbucks. My mother goes every morning and I am in town for the holidays and wanted me to go all the way to this one over the Crocker park one. I ordered and ice red eye with skim milk something I get everyday so I know what it looks like. When i ordered it she asked two times for clarification on my order. When I got my coffee I noticed it was very light brown meaning they put cream in it. I didn't get a red eye I got an ice coffee with cream un sweetened. After I told her this was incorrect she took my coffee away and came back almost immediately with the same drink. So I know from the taste she didn't fix my order she just wanted me out of the drive thru. I am very upset with her attitude bad service after waiting so long for my coffee. If I'm paying for a coffee I would just like it the way I ordered it.
