You are literally playing Russian roulette with your hair in this place. I went several times, and the woman there gave me a decent cut. Went back, got a new girl, and she totally destroyed my hair. Shaved on part of the top so I cannot comb it. All I can do is comb the whole thing over or I look like tintin or have a faux hawk. As a business professional it looks ridiculous. I told her to leave the top long and I have a strip in back where it is 1/4 inch, and she cut bangs into the front. BANGS! I'm gonna have to shave my head and start over.
How about being able to book an appointment with someone you have developed a rapport with? There are a dozen chairs and two people and never any management and just the stupid check in system. Terrible business plan.
