We decided to try Fat Head's during a recent trip to Pittsburgh. They were busy, but we got a seat right away. Definitely take the previous reviews seriously when they say the portions are huge! I got the Divine Swine. If you are a wimp when it comes to spicy food, be warned. The Smoky BBQ sauce set my mouth on fire, bad enough that I had to force myself to finish half of my sandwich. I also wasn't impressed by the chips, they were pretty flavorless. They have a great beer selection. I tried the Jack Straw and the Trail Head, and both were very good. Overall I liked Fat Head's, but I don't know if it's a Pittsburgh must visit place, like Primanti Brothers is.
