We badly needed our gutters cleaned (1st, because we were unsure when the previous homeowners had coordinated a cleaning, and 2nd, we could hear water spilling out of our gutters when it rained. It was time!). We shopped around and got 4 quotes for gutter cleaning. Big Clean came in around the other quotes, but the service on the phone was what sold us! Alan was great with coordinating our appointment, and David was attentive with providing details for their gutter cleaning service. David came out the day of, was very thorough with cleaning and photographed an area of our gutters that had separated from the house. He provided a before & after photo to show how he repaired the gutter & affixed it back to the house -- the way it should have been. We were grateful for the attention to detail and treating our house as if it were their own! Thanks Alan & David -- we'll be in touch next year!
