Prime is a great steakhouse. The view of the water show at the Bellagio is fantastic, should you opt for the outdoor seating. The steaks are wonderful, as was the Seafood Shellfish to share amongst the non-selfish :) - - clams, mussels, oysters, shrimp, crab and lobster The service is good as well. I had the bone-in-fillet mignon, which was perfect! This can be what I'd say one of the better ambient sort of romantic steakhouses in Las Vegas, a good place for a meat eating date. The prices are of course higher than your typical meat and potatoes restaurant, but if you're accustomed to paying $50-80 for a steak, this is a good place. The avg meal after tax/tip with a drink or appetizer should set you back about $150 per person at minimum, and once you add bottles of wine and the high end appetizers you're closer to $200-250+ per person to do it the right decadent way not holding back and just having a good time... YOLO !!!
