So.... You have to read this one!!!!! I called this Nissan dealership and went in to get a quote on my broken Nissan Armada lift gate. I was told it would cost me $960 to be fixed. I said "No Thanks" and took my truck. I decided to go on Youtube and researched how to fix a Nissan Armada Liftgate. I found a step by step video and the part to fix the lift gate after "I" opened up my truck, GET THIS; a $5.32 screw!!!!! I paid more for shipping from Nissan (courtseyparts.com) online of $11.00. So the whole thing cost me $16.32 to fix and about a hour of my time on a Thursday afternoon. These jokers again were going to charge me $960. I will NEVER go to this dealership for my next car purchase. I've bought 2 Nissans from Carmax and will be going back to buy my 3rd vehicle from there. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this dealership. Typical dealership trying to snake people out of their hard earned money. I'd give them a "zero" rating if possible.
