Like everyone else who's reviewed, I'm taking off a star for the price. With the $100 minimum it's a bit outrageous, we paid $250 for a palm sized symbol, black only. But it is Vegas, so what can you do? I thought it was odd that the receptionist gave the price quotes though, from my experience the artist is the one who sets the price, but they do it their own way here. Penny did my boyfriend's tattoo, and it turned out great. She was very friendly and chatty (something I appreciate in an artist), and made us feel very welcome. We're going to be going back in January so she can work on my newest piece. They take walk-ins and are open until 2 am, for those stumbling down The Strip wanting a little ink!
