Though it has become somewhat expected to find a good panini in any major world city, I'd say that Fusaro's makes a very good one.
Tried the "Otto"; grilled chicken, roasted peppers, provolone and pesto mayo, and it was excellent. All the ingredients were fresh and tasty, and the pairing of tastes was perfect.
Fun little place too, with outdoor seating and some interesting-looking pasta dishes.
