We have been frequenting this facility since it opened yet. We are witness to a steady decline in the caliber of service and respect for even regular customers. I called today for a time slot and I was told to come right in (BEFORE 8 A.M.) and that there was no wait. I waited almost 2 hours and was not seen. I told the technician who did finally come in the room I was displeased at the protracted wait. She merely laughed and said ok, before exiting the room. I finally left. I am left with the lasting impression is that DAH does not care about your time - despite what they purport in their recorded message. Most of caring vets we were used to, have left. It is always an extreme challenge to see Dr Prior (sp?) who we have been seeing the longest recently. Given the above, why bother? I am certain DAH does not care or even care about this review. But a would be client perhaps might wonder?
