Went last week to redeem my free coupon for hair dye and the manager threw a fit about it and said "we don't do free here" she made me feel like I was asking for a hand out. After she looked at the coupon for a minute she said " you have to pay the taxes" I said fine and again she said "we don't do free". I got another coupon for free hair dye. On the paper it specially said redeem at Walmart. So I went in again to Walmart to redeem my coupon. At the register the same manager came up and this time she said "we don't take this coupon here" I told her I just redeem one last week. She said well you got away with one for free. I told her that I paid the taxes on it. Again she said well we don't do free here so we aren't taking it. Not a very good customer experience. I know Walmart is known for being rude but I thought this Walmart was different since I've been going here for over five years. I guess it's time to find a different Walmart.
