After one visit with Dr. Grossman, I understand all the positive reviews. He was fantastic. He spent a lot of time with me and my cat. He did a blood pressure screen and to my knowledge, kitty had never had one before. He also educated me on the false positives that can happen from a urine analysis that is obtained from a syringe through the stomach.
Kitty's issue was ultimately determined to be behavioral and Dr. Grossman presented a list of options. Additionally, he gave me a large packet of information listing things to try and products that we may find helpful.
The cherry on this fabulous ice cream sundae was when I called TWO separate times with questions and both times, I was put on hold, the secretary talked to Dr. Grossman and I got my question answered immediately. No waiting for a call back or worrying that I would miss it.
